EU & UK Return & Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, log in to your account at https://account.artsmartwear.com. If you checked out using a phone number only, please use the cancellation link in your SMS order confirmation.

Returns

To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit your return request within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order. Visit our returns portal, enter your email address and verification code to sign in, then select the order and item to start your return.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. You may inspect and try items on as you would in a shop, but your refund could be reduced to reflect any loss in value from handling beyond that. You will also need proof of purchase in the form of your order number and the email used to place the order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds, including the cost of standard outbound shipping, will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the returned item, or your proof of return shipment.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards.
