How is your clothing made?

ArtSmart products are ethically sourced, ethically made and safety compliant. Our garments are made using 100% cotton ethically grown and harvested by proud members of the US Cotton Trust Protocol, ensuring ethical and sustainable production, and certified by Oeko-Tex for safety and quality assurance.

What are the care instructions for my Art Smart shirt?

To ensure that your Art Smart garment remains in optimal condition with vibrant colours, we recommend the following: Do Not Bleach, Do Not Iron, Do Not Dry Clean, Machine Wash Cold, Tumble Dry On Low Heat Only.

How do I find the best fit in my size?

We offer sizes Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large throughout our entire product line. If you need help finding your perfect size, see our Size Guide

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do you have international shipping?

Yes we do! International orders ship via the postal service. Depending on your country of residence, you may incur import duties or customs fees. We are unable to keep track of such fees, and are not responsible if your order is held up in customs. 

If your country is unavailable in the shipping options, send us a request to have it added.

What is your return policy?

Garments that are unworn and unwashed are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to a restocking fee. The shipping costs will not be refunded for returned items.

Please use the Returns link in the navigation menu to start the return process. Our team will assess each return based on the above criteria to determine any deductions, before refunding the balance. Returns that are incomplete, unsaleable or do not meet these conditions may be rejected, with all or part of the original price paid withheld.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at artsmart@artsmartwear.com with your order details. After 24 hours your order will have entered the fulfilment process and cancellation will no longer be possible.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please use the Returns link in the navigation menu to start the process through our returns portal. Our team will assess each case and ensure it is resolved promptly.
